2003-11-13 Leaving I just found out that a very close friend of ours is going to Iraq for 1-2 years. I'm am so sad, proud but sad. He has two kids, both around the same ages as mine. Sometimes, I think, "Let's go kick some Saddaam ass" and then other times, like now I think, "Let's get the hell out of there and back to America where we belong."He is leaving on December 15th.
